this Membership must

Entrada at Snow
Canyon, Lava Cove,

at Snow Canyon").

adjusted from time
to time by the Board
of Trustees.

(4) Transfers of
Equity Membership
subject to a 30%
transfer fee payable
to the club.

Additional Rules and
Provisions:
Regular Equity and
Non-Resident Equity
Memberships are
automatically
converted to
Callable Equity or
Non-Resident Equity
Memberships when the
Member Sells or
transfers his or her
property at Entrada
at Snow Canyon. Such
Memberships are
thereafter subject
to the "call"
provisions relating
to Callable Equity
Memberships. Refer
to the Club's
Disclosure
Statement.
The maximum number
of Equity
Memberships is
limited to 350. Each
Non-Resident Equity
Membership is
counted as one-third
of a Regular Equity
Membership for
purpose of this
limitation. No limit
on number of Social
Members, but must
own property at
Entrada at Snow
Canyon.
The Club does impose
a minimum food service
purchase (currently
$175.00 per quarter)
upon all Equity and
Associate
Members at the
discretion of the
Board of Trustees.
ALL OF THE
FOREGOING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS,
INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, MAXIMUM
NUMBER OF MEMBERS,
INITIATION FEES AND
DUES ARE SUBJECT TO
AMENDMENT FROM TIME
TO TIME BY THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES.
